Skillets has had the pleasure of working with Bradanna Construction for the past 11 years. Starting in 2006, Bradanna did a major expansion and remodel of our original restaurant, which required working while the restaurant was open, and then, when we had to close, ensuring we would reopen on schedule. They did it, and we opened on time. With that feat, Bradanna has been Skillets only contractor.

Under the direction of Henry Fernandez, Bradanna has built four new stores for us, undertaken several major remodel projects, and will be the contractor for our new location in Estero. The most important aspect of their work is that they get the job done on schedule, navigating the design and permitting process and marshalling each job so that all the complicated pieces fit together without glitches and delays. The Bradanna people do not point fingers and pass off blame—they get the job done. Our latest project only took 76 days although 90 days was projected.

Finally, the quality of their work and their warranties speak for themselves. Our projects are delivered to us with the highest standards. The subcontractors are all highly competent.
