Requirements:
Subcontractors who are awarded projects for construction must comply with the
following requirements.
1. Subcontractor must provide a current Form W-9.
2. Insurance: Prior to commencement of work, Subcontractor shall furnish
Contractor with Certificates of Insurance, showing the Contractor as additional
named insured.r />
3. Business License: Subcontractor must provide Contractor with a current city
business license for the city where the work is to be performed, valid
throughout entire project and until final inspection has been completed.
4. Contractor's License: Subcontractor represents and warrants that it is duly
licensed and in good standing under the laws of the State of Florida.
5. Contractor must comply with Bradanna Construction contract provisions(AIA)
and Florida-OSHA requirements.
6. Contractor must provide 8 copies of all submital information as shown in the spec
book.
