History
Bradanna, Inc. was established in 1962 by Brad and Deanna Steinmann in the Midwest. Bradanna, Inc. was a successful company whose experience included light commercial and industrial, residential land development and construction. After 20 plus years of success the family decided to move to the warmer climate of Southwest Florida and continue along the same path.
Current oversight of the company is handled primarily by two of the Steinmann’s sons, Joe and Brad, Jr., who serve as president and vice president, respectively. With its current staff of around sixty, Bradanna, Inc. has grown far beyond its “Mom and Pop” roots. Despite this expansion, Bradanna, Inc. continues to be nurtured as an integral aspect of the Steinmann family, which has allowed it to maintain the cohesion and integrity of its early years.
Our sixty plus employees represent a diversity of experience that renders Bradanna, Inc. capable of performing such varied multi-tasks as site development, demolition, carpentry and concrete repairs, to name a few. With such multi-skilled employees, we are able to respond quickly and efficiently to nearly any request.
A number of our employees have been with Bradanna, Inc. for ten years or more. Several of whom joined our team with as many as twenty years of prior experience in the construction industry. This degree of experience makes our seasoned employees invaluable not only in the performance of their own duties, but also as guides to their younger co-workers.
Bradanna, Inc employees a full time office staff that is trained and designed to back up and work with our field personal on pricing, plan design, and closeout procedures. We currently employee four commercial construction estimators, three site development estimators, five commercial construction project managers, three site development project managers, and eight administrative personal who are responsible for billing, filing, and record keeping of current projects. With this depth and support our field personnel are able to act quickly and correctly to just about any of our client needs
We have made a long term effort to make working on projects that are highly sensitive to an active environment surrounding the project. Our staff is well trained to provide the level of professionalism needed to complete their work in public surroundings. We have strived to make this type of work an intergraded core part of our company.

repeat business with various clients such as Collier Enterprises, Wachovia
Banks, and Cleveland Clinic.
